Back in February, I went to Disney World and wanted to try a Dole Whip, since I had never tried one before. After searching through all the different flavor options they had in the park, I decided to get the limited edition Kakamora Float. This consisted of coconut Dole Whip, pineapple juice, blue curacao syrup, and it had a chocolate cake pop in it that looked like one of the Kakamora from the movie Moana. The flavors were so delicious together and ultimately inspired this recipe! I even served it in a coconut bowl as an homage to the Kakamora aspect!!
Aside from being a Disney themed recipe, this smoothie bowl is, in my opinion, the best one I have ever made! It was so creamy and the flavors go so well together, I just couldn't get enough of it! I hope that whether you are a Disney fan or not, you try this recipe!

Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup cold coconut cream
- 3 tbsp fresh orange juice (or blue curacao syrup if you have it!)
- handful of toasted coconut chips
- handful of chocolate chips
Steps:
1. Blend banana, pineapple, orange juice, and coconut cream in a food processor or blender, scraping down the sides as needed, until thick, smooth and creamy.
2. Put the mixture into a bowl (preferably a coconut bowl to look cute!) and top with the coconut chips and chocolate chips.
*Tip: Instead of buying coconut cream, refrigerate a can of coconut milk overnight, then carefully scoop the cream that floats to the top when it's cold.
