MY PHILOSOPHY

I love food. I love eating food, making food, buying food, and most of all - sharing my love for food with others. I feel that anybody can cook, but people have different cooking styles. I wanted to make this blog to show many different types of foods for people everywhere to be inspired. Whether you are a pro chef or a complete beginner, rich or poor, creative or not, I hope you can get something out of this blog.


I believe in having as little food waste as possible, so when I have ingredients laying around, I try my best to use them up. When making one of my recipes, I encourage you to make changes to best suit what you like or have in the house. If you want to make a recipe vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, etc., please feel free! And don't be afraid to contact me if you need help making substitutions for anything! While I am not vegetarian or vegan, I tend to make many recipes that fit those because I want to still try to do my part. I find it very difficult for me to give up animal products, but I believe that even if you have one meal a day or one day a week where you eat vegan/vegetarian, you are still helping to make a difference.
